He currently works in his studio in Melbourne, Australia.

He believes strongly in the power of collaboration and trust in the writing process.

WEI holds a degree in Electronic Production and Design (EPD) from Berklee College of Music, and has guided dozens of students. He has taught group and private lessons in music production, songwriting, and audio mixing. Recently, he has taught as an instructor at Garnish Music Academy while living in New York City.
